Gate House

The Gate House is our luxury 2 bedroom bungallow with its own lounge and futon for an extra person to stay for free!Packages!

Manor House

Our 4 double room house to accomodate 8 people and if you decide to rent the whole house, and 2 people can stay for free on the futon sofas!Packages!

Introducing The Green Rooms Surf Lodge

Owned and run by well travelled Englishman Dave Brown and staffed by his nephew Russ and fellow south coast surfer Cal, we know what makes a good surf trip. We have found the perfect location for climate and waves and we aim to offer you everything else that you might need, all in walking distance to the beach. We know it’s the little extras that make the trip. Whether you want to chill by the pool with a beer, lounge around watching the latest surf dvds, eat amazing homecooked food or party all night, we’ve got it all. Our in-house surf school provides experienced british instructors for begginers and intermediates complete with board hire. Futhermore, the Green Rooms Studios can provide you with a photo service to get those surf shots which will be sure to make your mates at home even more jealous.
